Isle of Auskerry has been a family run business on the remote Orkney Islands for over 35 years. They raise North Ronaldsay sheep, a rare, seaweed-eating breed, that there are only two flocks left of on Orkney. This original ‘Isle of Auskerry’ design is knitted with a pretty butterfly stitch pattern. This hat is knitted in the lovely Double Knitting yarn and drapes beautifully to flatter all shapes of face. This kit is suitable for people with some knitting experience.
